I’ve been having a lot of success doing larger doses of the mild compounds. Right now the only steroids in my stack are test and mast. With tren you definitely need to be careful with it — I’d say for most people 200 is the most they’ed want to take because the side effects can be really wild. Even at 200 I was having all kinds of issues and it wrecked my bloods.
The bottom line is comfort: if your drugs’ side effects are messing with your training and nutrition or bloods, it’s time to make some changes.
In my view, if the drugs you’re using are uncomfortable to run at high doses, use different drugs. According to Broderick Chavez, most drugs (except for outliers like EQ) will give you roughly the same effects milligram for milligram in terms of building muscle and strength. The only real choice you have to make (unless you’re a competitive bodybuilder or athlete) is which drugs are the most comfortable for you personally and which allow you to see consistent results.
That’s why I only run 300mg of test but 1200-1600mg a week of mast when I blast. The mast keeps my e2 in check and allow my bloods to stay literally perfect even after a 4 month blast. I see great gains from this approach, despite the fact that most Bros will tell you that Mast is a “weak drug”.
Like, maybe these folks think that “weaker” drugs don’t work as well as ones where they notice the side effects. This happens a lot with Clen, for instance. People will say they can’t feel it after a couple weeks so they titrate it or cycle it when really they should just stay on the same dose because all they really noticed is their body’s initial adjustment to the drug. “Feeling it” is not a great barometer of how “powerful” a drug is.
