So I’ve started yo train sumo to get used to hookgrip. I know that if tried conventional I’d just get pissed at doing light weights so trying with new stance and everything. So far I noticed that it’s much easier to hook. In this stance as my conventional is so wide it makes weird angle for it. And t feels strong with pull on this bar with zero nurling and bend.
