Hey Everyone,
There are so many different opinions out there on how often you should change your routine or which routine is best. Thankfully as I have gotten older I have been able to find out what works me.I listen to my body and take days off when I need to and I am constantly switching things up; whether it’s going heavy all week, light all week, etc… You get the point! I have been sticking to the following routine the past year:

I have been sticking to the following routine the past year:
- Legs, Chest and Abs
- Back, Traps and Biceps
- Chest, Shoulders and Triceps
- Legs, Back and Abs
- Shoulders and Arms
