Well there’s been tons of controversy about IM vs. SubQ. I do sub q I guess cause that’s old school lol. But I hear guys swearing by IM. So it basically comes down to personal choice in that area. Now if your testing bloods for serum levels you need to inject IM. Yes you can use slin pin for both ways. I use 31g 5/16". Very small and no scaring. If you were to go IM route I would recommend 1/2". I run gh basically year round at 4iu for the exact reasons you mentioned. Skin will shine, hair thickens, just an overall good feeling. Even with 4iu you will still be feeling nice and full with a polished look. Sometimes I raise it to 6iu depending on goals. The way I dose is pretty basic, 2iu immediately upon waking up when cortisol levels are at the highest and another 2iu 12 hrs later. Keeps your levels nice and level. Now remember though a side effect alot of people notice is sleepiness after taking it, so if you come across this maybe change it up to say 1iu morning , 3iu before bed. Your gonna have to play with it to find what works for you. As far as dose wise start of with 2 iu and gauge it from there. If your not getting the leaning effect and well being feeling bump it up to 4iu. On the female end 2iu should be more then sufficient. Same thing though you can split it up 1iu and 1iu or take 2iu all at once. Play around with dosage and timing and see what works for you. Now when you get to the level of gh to gain mass I would say use it all at once after working out. This is 8iu+ where talking about though. Everyone one is different and responds different for example I don’t get the sleepiness but I do experience pain in my joints on my hands. Nothing crazy and I just deal with it. Are you using pharma grade or ug. Because that makes a big difference?
