OK so I’m 33/m 235 and around 14% by but have a sort of ecto meso build but its hard for.me.to get where I wanna get. I would like to be around 260 to 280 around 10 to 12% by and have been eating 4000 to 5000 calories a day pretty clean. I ran 20 was of test c 300 @ 600mg per wk and 2 6 wk bouts of 25mg per day of dbol with 4 was in between. Now I’m resetting and have cut the test back to 300mg per wk with hcg and nolva. I plan on going back up here in a few wks hence me trying to obtain. Thoughts?!
 
Your cycle looked good bro, it’s about what would have been recommended! Going up to 260-280 is going to take some time and many cycles, but it’s a great goal bro! You should check out the banners at the top, I think one is for dutchpharma, look around the sponsors sections a bit.

Thats what I have really been looking for. I need some tweaks because I feel.im at a plateau at the moment. Gonna try to read up on here a bit.

Does.anyone ever feel like they overtrain or do you think while on gear 20 to 30 sets till failure is OK for a workout?

Are you asking if 30 working sets, like 30 sets of 10 reps, is too much?
 
Working in a 8 to 12 rep. Range after warm up. Yes would 30 sets till failure be to.much do you think? I watched a YouTube video from John meadowlark cutler and a few others and they were saying 20 sets is almost to.much but It doesn’t feel like it to me. John likes to.do 12 to 15.
