One of the primary purposes of this group is to help one another. That involves keeping each other informed and what to do if you suspect anything.

First and foremost the best legal expert on the subject is Rick Collins. You can read his presentation here- http://www.drugpolicy.org/docUploads/PUMPED051006.pdf

If you cannot afford to hire someone like Rick and you needed too, then make sure your attorney is well versed and has read his presentations on how to defend cases involving anabolic steroids.

Secondly - watch this video on Do Not Talk to Police

The video is about 50 mins long but is important to watch and learn.

Thirdly- Get the book Legal Muscle- Anabolics in America from Rick Collins. He also has updates on his website. Well worth the money and read.

Thats exactly the key do not say anything to the police besides your name address and that you want to speak with an attorney because you don’t understand what’s going on. I can promise they will say something smart like an attorney cant help you only i can or you should think about helping yourself because thats all everyone else is going to think about.
These 2 are from personal experience, reply I need to talk to an attorney because I don’t understand what is going on.
After that just sit quietly and wait to be booked and get bond. Or if you can’t afford bond get comfortable because you have atleast 90 days before you can get released on community control or house arrest or even on R.O.R.
You have to remeber your trial isn’t were you get arrested everything that happens there is just ammunition for the police to use against you. If you don’t give them any ammunition then lets face it your going to get off with a slap on the wrist maybe just free and clear.
Just don’t say anything just keep quiet and play stupid. Police are trained to use psychological techniques against you. That’s why you have to insist over and over for an attorney because even if they do question you without an attorney that all goes down the drain. Also remember that you are being recorded everywhere and that its not uncommon for the police to put undercover police in jail with you hoping because he is wearing a jumpsuit you will tell him that you committed a crime. Never discuss your case with anyone but an attorney. Don’t talk about your case on the telephone or at visitation. You just have to be very patient.
Thats the best advice I can give from personal experience.
Stay outta trouble fellas

Wow RX thanks bro. I have a friend that has used Rick. Expensive but worth it he was lucky and just dumped all his gear the day before Feds and homeland security kicked his door in. It was a local jealous person that ratted him out. They only found minimal stuff mainly personal. He is on this forum I’ll see if he will comment on this he may not want to

Same protocol for anyone here in U.K. Always ask for the duty solicitor, always only confirm your name and address- to all other questions during the police interview reply with no comment. It is the cops job thereafter to build their case against you. When you are arrested, part of their statement is that anything you say may be used against you- GIVE THEM NOTHING.
