Insane leg workout

Ok fam I’m going to share a nasty leg workout that my coach gave me. I usually don’t share my workouts so this will be a treat for you all. I want to know who can do it and how pumped your legs were.

This is just trt by @Omegaman with good quality gear you can maintain size during trt and keep lifting like you did on cycle that’s the trick most guys lower the intensity while on trt. For price list from @Omegaman hit him up. Don’t wait we have some items coming that no other suppliers carry. I’ll announce once it’s ready. Don’t sleep on the best.

So these are only the listed work sets, do warm ups and feeders of course. 300 total reps. Do Atleast 2-3 warm up sets before you start the working set. Push yourselves go heavy. You should be close to failure at 20 reps. Do the full 25 reps.

Seated Leg Curls 2 x 25

Adductor Machine 2 x 25

Leg Ext 2 x 25

Leg Press 2 x 25

Belt or Hack Squat 2 x 25

Alternating Step Lunges 2 x 25 (each leg)

That routine had me so pumped my quads felt like they were going to explode
 
They look skin ripping.

It’s always talked about but fellas… thiyis what it truly looks like.

I know the leg press sucks I will say after doing higher reps on them it’s hard to gauge when you can’t one more. I’d hit 25 thinking rpe 8-9. But I bet I cou don have gotten 5 more. Also this isn’t something to just jump into you got to build up some endurance to do this.

Anybody that lifts can do this. Now if you hs e never been to the gym yea you couldn’t do this. It’s about pushing yourself. That’s only way you will grow. I’d you don’t challenge yourself you remain the same.
 
I’ve been doing this on my hypertrophy nights. Sets that were 12-15 I’ve pushed 15-20 and sets that were 15-20 I’ve pushed 20-25. I love the higher reps. Fucking pump from high reps is outfuckingstanding!
