Hey all, thanks for allowing me to be a part of the community. I was religious with my lifting for years and started using gear way to early in life. Got away from the lifestyle for almost a decade, but have been back working on myself for the last year or so.

Current stats are 5’ 10” 190 lbs, 15% BF.

Current goals: Decrease BF and get back under 10%. Add lean muscle in the process. Long term, I’d like to get back up around 210-215 lbs and maintain BF at/under 10%.

Diet: Caloric deficit, 5 small meals a day. Following a meal plan the TRT doctor wrote for me after discussing goals.
