If you’re able to comfortably do workouts 7 days a week your definitely not going at a high enough intensity… basically if it doesn’t hurt/burn or make you wanna give up your not going hard enough…
 
Been there done that. Prefer high frequency/intensity but low volume over low frequency but high intensity and volume any day. I still end at 35 good sets a muscle group a week. And those sets are difficult. Doing 6 times full body as a test now, to see how it feels
