Tell me about it!!!

Tossed and turned for an hour, didn’t sleep well. Figured I’d get up and start working.
 
I just brewed my first extra caff cup.

I’ve been trying to cut my coffee off at ~2p and if I do have a cup after that, it’ll be regular and never after 4p.
 
I tried subbing “mushroom coffee” for my afternoon coffee. It tasted like dirt and didn’t have enough caffeine 😂😂
 
That just don’t sound right!!!

Prior to this marriage when I was here by myself and stayed on nites 3:30p-12:15a (or 2:15a)…prior to k cups… I had my coffee maker measured out to where I could get up and make one big mug of black syrupy coffee. That was so strong it would carry me to the beginning of my shift where I would have one regular cup.

Agreed. Ive said it here before. It’s my experience when I was attending public gyms, In general, the ladies that train always train harder than the guys. It was very interesting. Seemed like the guys (not all) were in there socializing and messing around… basically doing everything but training. The ladies on the other hand were always focused and trained hard.
 
I agree with this! Even when I try to talk to my wife in the gym she gives me a stink eye. Much less when a stranger tries to mess with her.
