Iron Junkie Labs category is locked and he is red tagged as Do Not Order from UGM. I understand members have questions so I will address some things.
First off, from a board stand point we need to put members safety above all else. This is a quality issue and not regarding him as a person or his customer service. He has always been great at customer service.
We have had no complaints on his orals. However, we have taken numerous complaints from mulitple of his injectable products ranging from crashes, crystaling, to golf ball size lumps on 1cc injections. More so then any other sponsor we’ve ever had on UGM.
This is not an issue of a single batch or single complaint as he would like to claim. For awhile it seems every couple days we were getting new complaints and photos from different members regarding IJL.
We are aware he is asking people to not post about the issues publicly and asking others to post postive reviews in exchange for being “taken care of”.
Complaints that are reported have come in and staff has seen these numerous times and have discussed it privately. After speaking with staff members I have decided to remove him.
IJL reviews will stay in the review section and other discussions where appropiate.
Initially he was to be given a chance to fix his issues and have his gear tested for safety purposes. Instead he opted by lying to myself claiming it was a single incident and single batch of oils and we had no proof of anything else. I wont share the photos of members we have recieved privately for members safety, but I have read over the reports and messages and spoken to several members directly. Photos were shared with staff members.
Due to his latest actions directly lying to me, I am positive he will lie to members as well. As such he will no longer be allowed on the board.
We are not a board run by the sources. We have many great sources here and zero issues with them. Not a single complaint. We are very much a board that the focus is on members and safety. Someone could have the best service in the world but if the product is shit and he doesnt know how to cook properly, he shouldn’t be selling to members.
