I want to increase my knowledge in terms of cutting and getting in contest shape.

I train and often give clients away to other trainers who do shows,

What resources are you guys go to for getting people contest ready.

I prefer books, or some kind website, not people trying to peddle their services to me.

Thank you in advance.

I’d recommend higheribg a coach and doing a show or two… it’ll give you that in depth knowledge of what it actually takes…

I’ve never been impressed with Layne Norton. Some of what he’s said in the past was bullshit and he was called out on it.

Honestly if you want to know more about contest prep, hire a coach and compete. Get the experience in and you’ll have a better understanding of what it takes to get someone contest ready.

I met him once, and his bodybuildingcom videos were trash and direct rip offs of other youtubers content.

But i figured at best it would be a complication of other peoples works.

But someone on Facebook said he got a lot of his amazon reviews deleted for being fake.

So I guess that is my answer.

I would also say seek out some local competitions and compete or just watch even tag along with some of the trainers that you have helped with clients and get that real life experience there truly is nothing better and you shouldn’t have to pay anything because they owe you a favor for giving them clients.

True to be honest I give them to them because I know they want roids and I saw early in the game trainers lose their jobs because of getting caught.

Local shows are trash In my area, you could be natty and train 3 months and take home hard ware, I am considering moving to Florida or California or someplace warm.

Right now, all I see them doing is giving their women anavar and a crash diet and guys hgh out the gate, so I cant say they are the best people to follow .

But I do know of some people i can ask though, thank you for the advice.

You can get better advice here for your clients and you don’t have to tell them that you are part of the community but let them know about ugmuscle and hopefully we can get them away from the guys that don’t care about harm reduction and only money smh.
