Items not received. Not getting clear answer

Been trying to get a resolution to this and I feel like I keep getting the runaround. They sent the two of the three items i requested and I have been waiting on a very important piece. They said they sent to the post office last friday and I would receive tracking number in 48 hours. Still nothing. If it hasnt been sent then just say that or send a replacement.

As early as yesterday. Same answer. They haven’t received the tracking from the post office. List sent 7-29. The other two items I got had tracking numbers as soon as it hit he post office

Hopefully @Ashop will chime in soon. Sit tight. Things take time given the nature of the game. They usually take care of folks well.
