Did abs and hit back today. Gonna go do some cardio. Tired of looking at the fucking scale hahaha ain’t moved again still 196 and that’s with 30 min of cardio everyday. At the tail end of an entire week off (!) due to family issues. Body is fully rested, but damn skinny (210.2 lbs. this morning!) and muscles flat as Hell. Hoping I’ll get a chance to get a chest and arms day in today and maybe legs tomorrow to get back in the swing of things. At least I haven’t porked out!

Legs earlier nothing crazy. Had spinach quiche and raisin toast with a protein shake and banana. Having shaved steak on a bagel now.

Work out cardio.

Goal one hour. Got 2/3 done felt faint then legs got real shaky. Got down drank water took a few minutes off got back on that mother fucking

horse and finished what I started. Not use to doing this shit on a caloric deficit but it’s no excuse not to finish!!!

Walking the youngest pup 2 miles today. Did some squats while holding him… 90lb dog… it went as well as you’d imagine.

Not a great start, kicked up the only shooter I been seeing on cam on the way in,exactly 330,then I’m awkward as fuck up here with the compound knocked arrow off the rest,was only up there 30 mins and behind me caught me moving,started blowing so every motherfucker know I’m in the woods now,but I will remain calm and quiet and patiently wait til dark.
