Good afternoon all. Breakfast was 1 peach chobani,a banana,cherry frosted pop tarts,coffee,and water.No gym today.Not much to do.might take a hike later.Lunch was 2 turkey n pepper jack, Lett, tomato. Strawberrys,carrots,5 oatmeal raisin cookies.I have chicken thawing out for dinner,but not sure how I’m preparing it.Today I am grateful for my daughter,her laugh,her smile,she alone brings out the best in me.Hope everyone has a outfuckingstanding weekend.
