Good afternoon all. Breakfast was 1 peach chobani,a banana,cherry frosted pop tarts,coffee,and water.No gym today.Not much to do.might take a hike later.Lunch was 2 turkey n pepper jack, Lett, tomato. Strawberrys,carrots,5 oatmeal raisin cookies.I have chicken 🐔🍗 thawing out for dinner,but not sure how I’m preparing it.Today I am grateful for my daughter,her laugh,her smile,she alone brings out the best in me.Hope everyone has a outfuckingstanding weekend.

I like fried okra. Never cared much for cantaloupe. Breakfast was scrambled eggs with shredded cheese, fried potatoes, and sausage. Chocolate milk, sausages, cheese, and honey bun for snack. Lunch was some cajun pasta that’s gave me hell of heartburn. Chocolate milk and peanut butter crackers for snack. Had some chocolate chip chips ahoy cookies. Supper is chicken and rice. Gym was chest, Biceps, and Triceps. My arms are so wore out i got a pump breaking up herbs to twist a blunt.
 
Haha. Man I hit legs but not too hard today. Then went tontakw short off after lifting and my rear delts just lit the fuck uo taking my shirt off gave me a
Pump. I’m currently losing weight but still went got ice creams s treat figure being lactose will still me from eating it all
