Good morning to all.Hope everyone had a good weekend.Breakfast was 1 can a tuna,5 hard boiled eggs,no yolk,4 pieces toast homemade strawberry jam,water coffee.Did legs this am.Goin hunting later.
 
Feeling good today. Going to do some light chest work, nothing fancy. Appetite isn’t 100% so an orange and a banana with a protein shake. Probably some ground turkey and refried beans later
 
Had cereal now popcorn chicken goig to drive girl
To dealership so I can get car back, course they dealership is your away, hit chest then watch cfb champ eat chicken rice drink water fun stuff losing weight
 
Naps are great at any age juat make sure your napping not gojg to bed
 
For supper leftovers of octopus adobo, baby tuna, moon fish and fresh salmon head sinigang soup and fresh veggies. Oh ya and left over blue crab and shrimp In coconut milk with Asian veggies. And pancit(that’s those noodles). What a smorgasbord!!!

Wife to
Gym for
First time 2022. She wants to start lifting. So I thought we were gonna do legs but she decided she’s on her legs too much at work so it was shoulders and back today.
 
6oz ground Turkey with 2 whole eggs, 100g rice and veggies
Dicked around a bit at the gym didn’t do much of anything . Did walk. For 20 min on TM. Most I’ve done in 2 weeks.
Amazing how small you can get so quickly.
Going to start my training log tomorrow with current photos.
I’m hoping tomorrow will finally be my day 1 after all this shit.
Broke down and asked my friend that’s the pro for his help and he was kind enough to jump right in so got my diet and supps ready to go. Definitely a bright spot
