Leg day. Finally have all parts and fully functional belt squat machine.

Did some plowing with the quad earlier. We got whacked in the northeast today.
Trained hamstring and lats (rowing) .
30 min on the bike.
On duty till Monday morning
Same grub today. Well earned cheat meal tomorrow night.
I’m down another 2lb this week so prep is going well
