Jan. 5th edition of diets and training

Good morning motherfuckers.Breakfast was grapes,scrambled egg with hot sauce n ketchup,3 toast no butter,that’s it,I know that’s a weak breakfast but it’s the best I got.Not sure what or if I’m lifting today so there’s that.
 
Protein shake with a banana. Oatmeal and egg whites then probably 2 eggs on an English before I run some errands. Trained shoulders with some 🤢:nauseated_face:cardio:face_vomiting:.
 
Not sure on food still have taste but appetite isn’t there really not much moving makes the food kind of just sit I. Stomach I guess
 
I’m excited we’re suppose to get half a foot of snow tomorrow into Friday. Coming up we got some cold days coming, highs of 19,low 9 get some ice on these lakes
