Good morning to all.Breakfast was eggs scrambled,toast with grape jelly,fake sausage,cappuccino oj water.i have zero plans today,maybe lift something later,maybe not.
Breakfast. 2 bacon 1 longonisa 2 duck egg. 2 cups coffee 2 yogurts. Today wife wants to start a program at gym. Prob gonna start her small with body weight for legs. Want her to have small goals so she can have success without too much effort. Maybe 3 sets of box step ups three sets air squats and 3 sets lunges. Today I am gonna do back and biceps.
