Good afternoon all. Been a long day and it’s only noon. Breakfast was protein shake with two raw eggs blended with strawberrys and 1 package of oatmeal,coffee and cranberry juice.just got back from gym did pecS and rear delts.no classes this afternoon so guess I’ll hole up in my room and watch Netflix and stare at the wall.Also fuck the workers here.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day
 
Slept like shit probably cause i got so much dt before and tren says no sleep. Had ctc now hitting second push day s kind of things are all kiss mashed now heading to meet liek I have light sqauats I guess squats are push
 
I almost skipped but feel much better getting here. Tomorrow is either doubles or singles depending on how grip feels for dead’s I didn no pwo and I feel amazing today. Triceps are just full today must be all the carbs

If I’m going heavy short distances say under 50ft
225 per hand.
100ft 135 per hand.
Also I like single arm carry to help balance strength side to side
