Good morning all.Gotta love waking up sometimes not knowing who your gonna be that day,keeps things refreshing.Anyfuckinways,breakfast was light.Protein shake blended with oatmeal,2raw eggs,strawberries,plain bagel.Gym at 11.I am grateful for my food.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Big bowl ctc and off to do dead’s if grips not there will strap it up. Monday through Wednesday info a lot of forearm and grip related work so not worried about it being weak today will still do my regualr grippers on Saturday and if it’s weak then I worry.
 
I did shrugs in my room during dinner.One of the nurses made salmon, chicken,bok choi, rice For the whole unit it was great,and I’m thankful for her generosity.
 
Tren in me says bang here the sane part of me says thank here yhaha. I do miss getting cooked meals not by me every once and awhile. But nothing is worth getting back with my ex
 
Trained legs. Breakfast was toast and egg whites. Protein shake with some strawberry and bananas. Finished off some leftover steak with rice. Chipotle chicken bowl with rice and beans.
