I don’t believe that and think it’s a facade! I believe that you are a warm and caring man, who would be super swell to hang with.
 
Hmmm I can be that person when needed,I might even be thoughtful and caring,but just as quick I can be nasty and violent. As of recently I feel better and I’m nicer overall,the Paxil has worked amazingly,so has my talk therapy
,I was just discussing with my therapissed that I feel like I’ve lost my edge,he said no you’ve just learned to relax a bit,but call it what you will.Then I was like,not to take away from my progress of talk tberapy,but you can take away a few therapy sessions I’d be ok,take away a few days a paxil and I’m right back to old feelings.
 
Talk therapy and CBT worked wonders for me years ago, when I started Wellbutrin twice a day. Did that off and on for years and it was nice having an impartial person to chat/vent to without fear of repercussions or putting my foot in my mouth. Stick with it brother, and I promise you, it will be come super normal to have that small relaxed feeling on a daily basis. Don’t get me wrong, every now and then I still want to throat punch a motherfucker.
 
So many times I’ve started and stopped therapy n meds,so far this time it’s been my longest consecutive run of sticking with things,and if I was a betting man,I’d bet it’s because of the whole wife n kid thing,got more to lose this time around.
 
Working on dinner(chic parm) and salad,my wife made a fresh batch of homemade bread,so I will make our own garlic bread,were not buying bread anymore doin it all homemade,which we do as many things homemade as we can.Everything we do is done with as little sodium as we can and i gotta find out how many carbs are in this bread.
