Good morning all.Breakfast was protein shake blended with strawberrys, oatmeal, 2 raw eggs and a banana.No gym today.gonna take a walk around the property in a bit

It’s deja vu all over again good cardio maybe sleep feel like shit sinus are all fucked and the extra cheese I had yesterday has mee clearing out my system

Training upper today.

Took the week off to snowboard all last week. Working tomorrow. Was a nice break for sure.
