Good afternoon all.Breakfast was 5 scrambled eggs with pepper, ketchup on 5 whole wheat toast, banana, cranberry juice.no gym today.Hope everyone has a good Sunday,football.
 
Trained shoulders and traps today. Breakfast was potatos and eggs. Protein shake with a banana. Had some chicken on a stick while watching football. Beef and rice for dinner
