Hello all.Breakfast was peach chobani,with cut up strawberries in it,5 turkey sausages,bananna,water.i ate light cause I knew I was going to tire flip,which means I been to the gym,a whole 2 consecutive times,hasn't happened in awhile.
My mom n sister are coming over for lunch,which means,I'm not making lunch,but I'll buy it,local,semi-fancy Italian place,great food.Im not sure about dinner.
Today I'm grateful to have joined this forum,and I've learned/still learning shit here. Also I feel like I got the "Full" experience,I went from a member,to a Rep,and moderator.
Ultimately I am a member at heart.i hope everyone has a smooth n productive day.

Guys I keep trying and I just down care about lifting weights currently. I just am not a post work guy and I’m not going at 5 am so it may not become a regular thing till I get to shift which maybe a month away. Anyways going to try and go do some squats tonight if I can get my ass back out

Upper body day. Increased volume this week. Increased test this week.

Egg whites, 1 farm fresh egg, rice.

Chicken thighs rice.

Sourdough toast, dates, shake pwo.

Rice check, shake, English muffins post.
