Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 protein shake, banana,
1 chobani,1 sesame seed bagel, cranberry juice water.Doin legs in a bit.Today I am grateful for the plants I am growing in my room.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Breakfast was waffle with scoop of whey and mass gainer and two fried eggs. Had a P3 and chocolate milk after. Two packs of sweet and spicy tuna for lunch with a honey bun and Mountain Dew. Hitting back and shoulders today.
 
Had early bowl
Do fmw and then griddled ham and cheese about 12 slices of game for lunch chciken rice with having to figure out 3rd meal at work hadn’t prepped
For 12 hours today so we shall se what I can get up in cafeteria

Breakfast was 2 pieces of toast and egg whites. Then 2 whole eggs, avocado, chicken sausage and 2 more pieces of toast. Grilled chicken on a salad. Yogurt. Protein shake. No training today
 
I started a mini cut this week so had to tighten things up a bit. Was getting too fat not being able to train that hard.
3 whole eggs + 3 oz ground turkey
100g rice
80 gram broccoli
40g blueberries

7oz salmon
150g sweet potato
100 g asparagus

Homemade chicken soup
100 g rice

6oz ground beef burger
Salad
150g homemade steak fries

Last meal will be
2 whole egg +2 whites
2 rice cakes
Teaspoon natural PB
 
Going well so far. Got a huge amount of range of motion back this week. Very little strengthening going on with that arm yet. Hopefully doc clears me on the 30th for more strength work. Just some 5lb rows and isometric work for now. Was able to start squatting this week so that’s been great.
I use this Rogers squat machine or transformer bar.
