Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 cinnamon raisin bagel, protein shake, banana, cranberry juice,and coffee.Doin back at gym later Today I am grateful for all the knowledge I’ve picked up here on the forum.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
It’s an Indian dish. It’s basically tomatos, garam masala (Indian spice), cayenne pepper, a can of coconut milk, a stick of butter and blend.
