John Meadows Training Programs

Well-known member
Anyone ever dropped cash on one of his actual training programs? I.e. carnage, gauntlet, gamma bombs, creeping death, etc

I myself would never pay for one, but I’m curious if anyone has and what they thought. I love his YouTube videos and watch a lot of those but never followed an actual program of his.

I found one on a site where I did a free 30 day trial and gunna print it off. It’s the creeping death one, and this guys was made to focus on hams chest and back. Which is perfect for what I want to focus on this bulk. Will prolly give it a go once things are rolling good.

bought gamma bomb with some people. definitely different style of training for me since it’s bb hypertrophy. it’s as challenging as you make it. it’s nice having a layout and having access to tons of new variations that john uses. i would buy another but i found out you can find pdfs for free online of the training programs… but i’m not sure i will do another one soon! i train powerlifters and write programs so i have my own things to try for myself and have to reinvent the wheel as best as i can.

Honestly man, I respect the guy and love his methods but you could easily find them online free like said.

I used to be a paid member of his site for a long time. Theres alot of tips and help he gives. It wasnt that I couldnt find the info elsewhere but he helps alot of people for free online and he was trying to make a living at it. So more to help support him and show appreciation.

Now hiring him as a coach is a whole nother level. I used some of what I learned from him all the time now.

@Islandswole yeah that’s how I found the one I plan to use. I was just looking to see if there were people on here who had bought some and their thoughts on how they worked. I guess I should have added whether or not you bought them I was curious how it was for you.

His stuff is pricey. But seems less than others. I think the guy seems pretty knowledgeable and I’ve seen his clients grow pretty dang well. I think a lot of big growth comes down to how much gear you’re willing to push and what health risks tho haha.

I love Meadows and am in week 9 of Pain and Suffering one of his 1st programs that is 4 days a week of training. The workouts are programmed very well and the volume has been steadily increasing. Overall been kicking the shit out of myself getting as much possible out of the program. Meadows is a good family man so paying for his routine didnt bother me at all. Plus i use most of his supplement line from granite supplements

Sweet dude. Glad that’s working well for you. I should check out his line. How’s his preworkoit? Does he list indiviudual doses or use blends? Pricey?
