Good fuckin morning all.Todays breakfast was 4 HB eggs no yolk,1 bagel with homemade strawberry jam,R1 shake blended with chia seeds,1 table spoon Avacado oil,2 table spoons of peanut butter, banana,coffee and water.Second meal will be the same kind of shake,lunch will be turkey n cheese on homemade bread, lettuce,tomato and grapes,water with electrolytes added,4 HB eggs.Gonna do bis after work.Today I am thankful for the great outdoors,and my beautiful flowers,my supportive family and my daughter’s sweet and innocent laugh.I am proud of the person she’s turning out to be.

sounds like you’re having a great day already.

Samo grub. No training today or for a week. Winding up some tasks at work today. Hitting the road tomorrow for a vaca to see family. Mom n dad are 80 this year and I haven’t seen my family in some time now…few years. We’re all getting older (baby brother is 57) and our time is getting shorter by the day.

First stop is spending the night in mayberry (mt airy).

That translates to you’re a good dad. That’s exactly how dads are supposed to feel about their daughters. Good for the soul.
 
1st meal was a super sized bowl of Apple Jack’s. 2nd meal was 4 scrambled eggs covered in shredded cheese and fried tators. 3rd meal is tacos with ground bison. 4th meal is a mass gainer shake. 5th meal before gym is P3 and chocolate milk. Hitting back and biceps this evening.
 
Looks like another all protein/oat shakes and one meal of 10 egg whites and 5 rice cakes.
No cheat meal for 8 days.
 
What a relief it must be when they get old enough to see how they’re going to turn out. That’s good 4 you now you can relax.
Bunch of arbys and chest lats. Im up 11 lbs on this cycle 3 wks in
 
Light training of back today juat get blood moving I had pop tarts and lactaid from breakfast. Chciken rice rest of day with some donuts and Doritos thrown in
 
Dinner was 2 chicken breast,done on top of stove,light Avacado oil,little bit of balsamic vinegar and hot sauce,2 cups brown rice, salad.Just had a strawberry shake,vanilla protein mix,milk,blended with homemade strawberry jam it was delicious.Gonna go smoke a joint with the wife on the front porch,then have some honey bunches of oats.
 
I smoked some with some beers yesterday. Unfortunately it didn’t put me to sleep as I hoped but I did sleep great today
 
Eating my rice and it’s so much better today. Got different brand cuase it was 20 pound bag. And I thought rice was rice but this shit is better. I’m not struggling to finish it liek I was with store brand I wonder if it’s pre washed
