Good morning all.Breakfast was a cheese steak cheese and lots of pepper only.R1 shake with a package of oatmeal,1 table spoon of Avacado oil,2 table spoons of peanut butter, banana,coffee and water.Gonna do legs after work.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Had 4 jimmy dean stuffed hash browns. And glass of lactaid. Then pizza for lunch and chicken rice rest of the day. Doing triceps and maybe some front and side delts today
 
1st meal was 4 eggs fried with 2 slices of fried bologna with a 12 oz Dew. 2nd meal was Cookies and Cream mass gainer shake with whole banana and 2 big scoops of peanut butter. 3rd meal is ground bison and rice with hot sauce. 4th meal is P3 and chocolate milk. 5th meal is mass gainer shake. No training today as I’m still working out every other day.
 
Egg whites. Pancakes. OJ.

Fairlife shake. Poppppppptarts.

Steak and rice.

Not sure about the rest of the day
 
Well my dad and I went home for lunch So I made tilapia on top of stove,Avacado oil,old bay seasoning, salad,and rice.Also had vanilla protein shake blended with homemade strawberry jam.
 
Gross… strawberry pop tarts are a trigger for me,they would give them to us in Iraq,no other flavor,and the unfrosted ones,I get angry just seeing them.
 
Oof. I don’t blame you on that one. I can’t eat the cinnamon brown sugar ones bc they remind me of 0500 football workouts.

Not near on the same level of disgust as yours but I don’t blame you for being angry when you see them.
 
I’ve had two protein/oat shakes.
I just finished training legs.
Time to chug another shake then make some steamed chicken breasts and steamed rice and peas.
 
Spending night in mayberry. Had the usual breakfast. Big fat hamburger for lunch at a mom n pops joint.

I really really hate hotels. There ain’t no telling who’s staying close by.
