July 15th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was a cheese steak cheese n pepper,vanilla protein shake blended with chia seeds n homemade strawberry jam, banana,coffee and water.Not lifting today,my back is not happy with me.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
Middle meal was R1 shake blended with a package of cinnamon and sugar oatmeal,2 tbl spoons of PB.
Goin home for lunch which will be two hamburgers, lett, tomato, banana peppers,1 cup of basmati rice,water.
 
I have baconatoe and chicken at girls skipped breakfast food felt like it was sitting heavy today so not going to force food when I’m 300 haha. I can skip a few meals.
 
Egg whites and oatmeal.

Chicken nuggets and pancakes.

Steak and rice

Steak and Mac and cheese.

Fairlife protein shake and pop tart.

Back to work.
 
Its hot af firstly just letting everybody know that. Random shit from a parts run to town 1200 cal. But tonight is school supplies shopping so gonna get a bunch of hibachi.

Today was all protein/oat shakes.
10 days no cheat meal.
Everything looks dialed in.
Sunday I’ll cheat most likely because my family likes to. I really like this look though but it’s important to spend time with family.
