July 16th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was French toast (4) R1 shake blended with chia seeds and a package of cinnamon n sugar oatmeal, strawberries,coffee and water.Doin shoulders n chest today.Hope everyone has a great weekend.
 
Trying to make diet sushi today with canned tuna, some takeout sauce that’s 5 calories and sea weed wraps. Kind of worked although it is more like a burrito with how hard it is to cut it. Training back and biceps later!
 
1st meal was two fried egg sandwiches. 3 eggs per sandwich with a slice of fried bologna on each with a Dew. 2nd meal was a mass gainer shake. 3rd meal is 2 chicken breast, mashed potatoes, corn, and green beans. 4th meal is Barebell bar and Dew. My legs are shot after yesterday’s workout. 6 sets by 15 reps on squats, leg press, and calve raises. 4 sets of 12 on leg extensions, leg curls, and stiff leg deads.

Haven’t tried that one but I’ve been eating the Barebell Bars and like them. They’ll still dry your mouth out though. I have to choke them down.
 
Today’s diet is protein/oat shakes and egg whites/rice meals. Same ole diet.
10 Days without a cheat meal. Really seeing the results by skipping cheat meals.
No training today. I do 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off for my 7 day lifting routine.
 
I said fuck dieting today,just put a frozen pizza in the oven,and gonna have a mt.dew with it,I’m not even gonna look at how much sodium there is for the whole pie,also just ate 5 iced oatmeal cookies with a cup of milk and a salad.
 
Mets played a double header,11 innings first game,bottom third second game. Wife n kid are in bed but I’m making late second dinner.
3 pieces Tilapia,1 cup of rice, carrots (raw) 5 iced oatmeal cookies 16 oz cup of milk with strawberry syrup in it.aaaaaand a whole joint to myself.

Like these ones. And can get them at Costco also.

Your right though most taste like clay and have to chew on them for an hours.
 
So I tried your BSN Protein Crisp Bars…and I have to say they are pretty darn better then okay. Very airy and pretty big bars so you feel like you are eating more than you really are. They will definitely be in my rotation, thank you for the recommendation.

I liked them more then @John 's Quest Chocolate Brownie bar which are super dense and the stevia sweetener left an aftertaste which I didn’t care for so much. Thank you too for the recommendation.
