1st meal was two fried egg sandwiches. 3 eggs per sandwich with a slice of fried bologna on each with a Dew. 2nd meal was a mass gainer shake. 3rd meal is 2 chicken breast, mashed potatoes, corn, and green beans. 4th meal is Barebell bar and Dew. My legs are shot after yesterday’s workout. 6 sets by 15 reps on squats, leg press, and calve raises. 4 sets of 12 on leg extensions, leg curls, and stiff leg deads.
