July 16th edition of diets and training

Good fucking morning all. Breakfast was a strawberry cream cheese toasted bagel,6 egg whites,banana,coffee and water. Not sure about lunch or dinner. Working half day,105 with humidity today,my dad is not gonna last long in this weather,hes almost 65,still up and down ladders fluidly,although he cant really move some of our bigger ladders,thats what i get the big bucks for,and for that im grateful.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Trained chest with tris this morning. Had some frozen waffles and drank some egg whites pre-work. Protein shake with a banana and frozen strawberries. Eggs and toast. Had a chipotle - like lunch of rice, beans and chicken with guacamole. Unsure of dinner at the moment.
 
Im pretty sure,between me and my Father,we lost,atleast 5-6 lbs,then we swam in the lake,then engorged on delivery Pizza… swimming is cardio,i hate cardio,but love the Water… .
 
Two chicken sandwich’s and then I had my chicken rice bag of nerds clusters and some chips with a drink back to 1500 calorie meals. Also got my program today so it’s time to get to it
