July 17th installment of diets and training

This is day 13 since my last cheat meal,
Today I did supersets of biceps and triceps.
It felt great! I added 10mg tren ace to my daily shot of 50mg test prop and 50mg NPP.
Todays diet is the same thang.
5 protein/oat shakes, and one food meal of 10 egg whites and 6 rice cakes.
 
I haven’t watched any,just hear my daughter talk,she said the flame thrower only hurts him for a bit,but won’t kill it
