Lol, breakfast was banana whey pancakes pre workout cream of rice post legs. White cheddar rice cakes and egg whites for lunch then some chicken and almond butter for dinner.
 
That’s true also. I’ve seen multiple try’s of testing it with home tests on here and it’s very hard to test also
 
I’m fixing to try some Primo. Last week made week 20 I’ve been cruising on 200mg Test Cyp. I’m going to leave my Test the same and add Primo E at 200mg per week for 5 weeks before i start my EQ while I’m still cutting carbs. 5th meal was 10 Buffalo wings. 6th meal was a mass gainer shake. 7th meal was two cheeseburgers. 8th meal was another mass gainer shake.
 
You must be gaining some serious size with that diet.
Gonna have to let me know how the primo does you.

I’m gaining size in my legs, chest, and shoulders. Workout days are usually when i take in 8 meals. Non training days I’m getting in 6 meals. I hit 207 after the Deca cycle. Ended up dropping to the 190’s. When i started cutting carbs i was at 192.6 with a 34 inch waist. Now after cutting carbs I’m at 186 even with a 32 inch waist.
