Nice lunch @Ominous…I got home from work about a hour ago, think I lost a few lbs from sweating…But I made pretty much the same thing, salmon, salad, and took a page outta @johnjuanb1s book and did Basmati rice.

Lunch had chicken breast and rice.

I hate online certifications. I have to do 8 hours of one product and 22 hours of another product in order for customers warranties to be valid when I install these products. Shit I have one virtual class that teaches me all the sales point of their products. It’s 3.5 hours long. I don’t sell shit. Why the heck do I need this in order to be considered a certified installer/service tech? Also I guarantee no one remember 90% of this overload of information by the following week. Ok am done ranting now.

Dinner will be two chicken breasts with a balsamic vinaigrette glaze, chic peas in my salad,R1 shake. Then closer to bed after I smoke a joint with the wife I will have Honey Bunches of fuckin Oats.
Side note Basmati has less Arsenic then most rice.

Egg whites and oatmeal, double portion.

Chicken, rice, and cheese.

Steak, chicken, and ground beef for work this weekend at work. Will use sticky rice, and sweet potato fries for carbs.
