July 1st edition of diets and training

There’s a little party goin down out in a field and there will be some full autos, im gonna bring some ar15s and aks probably a Kriss vector and some ps90s, maybe some chain fed 30 cal. Guns
 
I had 10 egg whites and 2 cups basmati rice, and 3 protein:oat shakes.
I trained back.
  • 5 sets one arm barbell rows
  • 4 sets one arm band rows
  • 4 sets underhand one arm band rows
  • 4 giant sets of narrow grip band pulldowns, seated band rows and standing band rows
    I’ll have one more egg whites and rice meal, and one more protein/oat shake.

I smoked for first time in months I’ve had edibles but I smoked todya for stanger things
 
Thats our awesome govt guidance on what’s a pistol and what’s a rifle. I took alot of those sb tactical braces off others and just put normal stocks on. But this 1 doesn’t have a rear tryunion on it so I’d have to weld it which I can do but too lazy
