Good morning motherfuckers.Breakfast was leftover sloppy joes, banana,water and coffee.No gym today,and I have done anything at the gym besides swim in about a month,lost a lot of muscle already,the mirror and scale tell lies when wanting to gain,but it speaks the truth when your losing those gains.Working til 3 then goin to swim laps. lunch will be whatever the chow hall is serving.Dinner will be chicken in a balsamic glaze with chopped tomatoes on top,a salad and 5 oatmeal raisin cookies.Today I am grateful to have access to 2 pools,indoor at YMCA and there’s a outdoor pool and a park with a pond right next to the VA Campus that’s free for vets.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Just did meal prep for next two days had regular breakfast and chicken and rice later maybe bacon king before work. Got dead lifts today bout to leave for gym to try and warm up everything is still stiff from Mondays leg day. If grio is good I’ll be fine if not we’ll fick it
