Good morning all. Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,1 vanilla shake plended with oatmeal,chia seeds,2 tbl spoons of PB,1 can a tuna,coffee and water.Traps and forearms after work.
Was a little wobbly leaving hospital after fasted labs. Usually I’m ok but not today. Had to hit Waffle House on the way home to refuel. That’ll be my (arguably) most unhealthy meal for the next few months…unless I lose it again.
Yeah i Got almost 1/2 my carbs in one smallish meal. Oh well day off and very busy around house sweating my azz off already in this heat/humidity. Goung to pull in a minute.
I’ve had 3 protein/oat shakes so far. I need to throw a chicken breast on the foreman grill for later to have with 2 cups of steamed basmati rice.
Today I trained back. I just got a magnesium complex supplement. After my last cheat meal my heart was palpitating bad. I can’t pig out on cheat meals any more. My body is too used to this clean diet. Cheating must send my blood sugar through the roof. I looked at my diet and my magnesium intake is extremely low so hopefully adding the supplement will help. I figure I’ll have a cheat meal after a couple weeks but it’ll just be one cheeseburger and fries, not 10,000 calories of carbs and sugar.
