Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 cans a tuna with hot sauce,1 bagel with homemade strawberry jam,1 vanilla protein shake blended with chia seeds,two packages of oatmeal, banana and water.Working a few hours.My dad and I are behind at work,he’s been out a few weeks with carp tunnel surgery on his hand,and he’s out atleast another two weeks,next doc appt is August 9th.We have a bunch of jobs lined up however we’ve lost two big jobs cause they didn’t want to wait,fuck em I guess I guarantee they will now be paying twice as much when they get a new estimate to paint their house.Not lifting today.Hope everyone has a great weekend.
 
And here it is,first time in my life I’ve broke 200 without any compounds.

I started 75mg proviron yesterday,gonna stick with that for awhile,maybe go up to 100 after a month,I have enough to run 100 daily for like 36 years

I’m the big goober of the day…

Drew my glutathione and laid the syringe next to the vial.

Drew my cyp and laid it next to the cyp vial.

For some reason I snatched up the glutathione and ran it in my butt…snatched up the cyp and started running it in my pinched fat at my waist and halfway through I realized what I did….

Just continued on with the subq cyp…got everything backwards today.
 
So your eating bare minimum today? You have to weigh in at a certain weight?

Not eating bare minimum juat making sure I don’t get food poisoning also I don’t want a whole bunch of food sitting in stomach tomorrow I just had iced honey bun before getting on road. I’m about 13 pounds from limit
 
Ok gotcha,so you can still go up 13 did you purposely stay under that amount
 
I mean I got to 300 which is what I wanted it’s hard for me to get there. But hopefully I keep adding muscle and max out weiefht class when is all said and done. I’m good. In a bit lighter to help my Wilkes score
 
1st meal was mass gainer pancakes and eggs. 2nd meal was mass gainer shake. 3rd meal was 2 Big Macs and a sweet tea. 4th meal was P3 snack and chocolate milk. 6th will be a shake. No training today. Quite surprised at how quick I’ve noticed the Primo at 200mg per week at 2 weeks in.
