Good morning all. Breakfast was 1 vanilla shake blended with chia seeds and 2 packages of oatmeal,4 HB eggs no yolk.1 plain bagel,and a banana.Gonna do chest and traps at my brother inlaws job which has a gym,not sure if anyone remembers but my dad and I did a little paintung work for the owner of the company he happened to be a marine,and he gave me access to the company’s gym,so I figured I’d go there today.Remember to be grateful today,for your house,kids,wife,a roof over your head, something.
