Good morning all. Breakfast was 1 vanilla shake blended with chia seeds and 2 packages of oatmeal,4 HB eggs no yolk.1 plain bagel,and a banana.Gonna do chest and traps at my brother inlaws job which has a gym,not sure if anyone remembers but my dad and I did a little paintung work for the owner of the company he happened to be a marine,and he gave me access to the company’s gym,so I figured I’d go there today.Remember to be grateful today,for your house,kids,wife,a roof over your head, something.
 
It is and I’m very lucky to have access to it.
I ate 3 of these last night between 1230-330 their the big ones so 350 x 3 so 990 calories,152 carbs,protein very little 6g,also one small honeybun 210 cals,carbs 25, protein 3g so total 1200 cals,177 carbs,9g protein.id say that’s pretty fuckin good for my sleep eating.And I won’t even count these towards my daily Intake,their just a bonus.

I believe it’s a new med I’m on known for appetite/weight gain,and all the rice I been eating,some of it is not myse though,I can see it in my face and stomach area,don’t really care though,I’m absolutely ecstatic about the gains with no compounds.

No sir,checked the attic,and outside,basement again.And what am I suppose to do when I in get more,where am I gonna be put it thats a safe place,or what happens if I do something with my guns,it’s scary to think about.
 
1st meal was 2 BLT’s with 4 fried eggs and a chocolate milk. 2nd meal was a mass gainer shake. Just the mass gainer powder alone is 1,340 calories, 50 grams of protein and 279 grams of carbs. Not including 16oz of whole milk, whole banana, and scoop of peanut butter
 
You probably had more in your shake with all that than I’m going to eat all day.
 
I usually have 2 to 4 a day plus my regular meals. I take a lot in but I’m burning it up working from dark to dark. It’s a struggle for a born ectomorph like myself
 
I kind of cut recently. Dropped my carbs from 600-800 grams a day to 400. Mostly just tightened my waist up. As far as calories go. I never went into a deficit.
