Good morning all.Working til 1400.Breakfast was 3 English muffins lightly toasted with homemade strawberry jam,4 chic sausage, banana,water.No gym.Not sure about lunch probably the chow hall.Dinner will be flounder,orzo and a salad.Today I am grateful for a good night a sleep,they seem to be few and far in-between recently.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
