Good morning all. Half day a working,then going to my sister’s house on the lake to party.Breakfast was peach chobani,5 turkey sausage,banana,strawberries,coffee and water.Not sure about lunch. And dinner will be on the grill at my sister’s and for that im grateful.Hope everyone has a good day today.
 
No work, off the rest of the week… resting bitch face is gone, went north to her sisters. Middle daughter only gives me dirty looks like she wants to stab me in the middle of the night.

Food today, who knows. Eggs and toast for breakfast I think… then maybe 2 steaks later? A big old ribeye and a T Bone

Training this morning, but my heads not in it, so I feel weak and useless
 
Leg day as good as bench and dead’s feel squat is the opposite I’m finding. It difficult to get back to feeling like tbh bar is sitting right and to have the weight on back
 
Trained back. Surprised to see so many people there for a holiday. Same food that I’ve been eating all week with the exception of a cheeseburger and fries. Only good thing about working nights tonight as I can watch 3 towns fireworks from the roof of my work.
