June 10th installment of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 bowls of Applejack’s,R1 shake, strawberries,coffee and water.After work I’m gonna go ride the quad for awhile I need some excitement in my life today.Not lifting today.
I am grateful for a roof over my head,and 4 meals a day and a fully functional body.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
30 min of fasted cardio this am on 2 cups black coffee, 10 incline, 3.5 speed… haven’t lifted in over a week, don’t really give a fuck because lifting without purpose is pointless to me.
Food -
  1. muscle milk/medium banana
  2. home made breakfast burritos; 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 Turkey bacon, 28 g sharp cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp fresh salsa, 2 flour tortillas
  3. Turkey sandwich- 100 g sour dough, 8 oz sliced Turkey breast, 19 g Colby habanero Jack, garlic aoli, 50 g tomato
  4. some shitty bar
  5. who knows
 
Looking at protein/oat shakes only today. Maybe an egg whites and rice cakes meal if I’m up for it. Not feeling so hot today mentally. Going to do todays workout tomorrow.
 
I had salmon,mashed potatoes,and a salad for dinner.despite my saying I’m not lifting today,I did did walking lunges with 25lb dumbbells in each hand,made it to one and back of my basement and felt my inner hammy go weird,and it that was that,it hurts to walk,see what I get for not taking the day off.
