June 11th issue of diets and training

Good morning all.No gym.Breakfast was 5 HB eggs no yolk,5 turkey sausage,grapes,banana,coffee and water.Lunch will be two turkey n white american,lett,tomato,apple turnover,cranberry juice. Not sure about dinner…Today i am grateful for the camaraderie on here,and the fact that were not like most other forums.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Just left the grocery store. Ground beef on sale. Thought an old lady was gonna fight. Woulda had to break a hip. Jk. I would have just pushed her over for the rest of the beef.

Headed to the gym now.
 
Food:
4 scrambled eggs
3/4 cup Cold oats
ground turkey, rice, corn, peas
banana
Dinner?

Workout:
Front Rack Lunge (4 sets of 8 walking lunges, adding weight each set)

50 KB Swings (#70)
75 Body Weight Lunges
100 Calorie Row
150 Sit-ups

Time Cap: 22 Minutes

Gratitude:
My joints seem to hurt less everyday. My kids are thriving. Summer has come.
 
No training although I think I’m finally able to. I’m going on vacation Saturday and I’ll start up when I get back. Breakfast was 3 eggs, 1.5 cup of potatoes. Yogurt and almonds. Milk and egg whites. 8oz of ground sirloin 90/10 with 150grams of sweet potatoes. Chicken salad on a wrap. Protein shake with a banana.
