Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel with homemade strawberry jam wife made last night,R1 shake,4 HB EGGS no yolk,water.Gonna do traps n forearms later.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Samo grub for me. Teleworking. We just got thrown out of the office (Friday) due to an uptick in Covid cases. Not hurting my feelings one bit!

Going to squat in a bit.
 
Looks great. That wouldn’t last too long at my house. Any way no training this week. Something is going on with my back so I going to rest it and see how it goes. Oatmeal, with pb toast and some whey. Had a pouch of tuna fish and a yogurt. Chicken salad wraps and ground beef and sweet potatoes.
 
Soooo bloated today from all the salt yesterday.
Grilled a pork tenderloin last night and eating that now with potato and broccolini. Sooo good. Haven’t had pork in 6 months
 
Had some oats Greek yogurt and apple this morning then cream of rice and blueberries post workout some rice with mixed nut butter and chicken for lunch then some cauliflower rice chicken and orange dragon sauce for dinner. Pre bed meal will be almond butter, cinnamon, cottage cheese and casein mixed into a thick sludge. Hope everyone is killing it today
 
I’ve been off for some weeks due to sleep bs, but now I’m getting 5 hrs so tomorrow I’m starting back lookin foward to it
 
That’s only a few,there’s about 18 more and the wife is talking about giving some away already what the fuck
 
That’s what I’m talking about. Strawberry season. Apple season deer season mushroom season. All kinds of food season to take advantage of. Salmon walleye etc. love it
