Good morning. Didn’t sleep great up and working at 0400 BUT I feel good. Got a lot of work done already.

Samo samo chow. Have been upping my oatmeal from 1/2 cup to 1 cup in my new concoction… two scoops whey isolate one scoop collagen peptides one tablespoon peanut butter one cup of regular oats. Mix with 8 oz’s off hot water.

Going to pull in a bit.
 
Hard boiled eggs cottage cheese and coffee for breakfast. Healthy chicken salad sandwhich second breakfast.

Shake and tbol preworkout. And rice treat.

Gonna try to mess with chest and triceps see what my shoulder will and won’t let me do.
 
Did pork tacos have chcicken abd rice not sure what’s for dinner before those. Could go so back late as I’m feeling better and I may not be able ti sleep when my girl goes to bed
 
Loving being off prep. Got to eat bananas and pork tenderloin. Not together. Lol
Keeping the diet tigh just adding in some foods I have not eaten in awhile
 
So when the brewery madtree opened in Cincinnati. They were all about partnering with local chefs to get their name out there more. They did a pop dinner there with one of my friends and he made pork medallions with a banana mustard sauce that was insane. Also I think it was like 7 years ago I helped brew a beer there with another chef
