Good morning all.Breakfast was 4 scrambled eggs with hot sauce,1 plain bagel,R1 shake blended with strawberries, water. Not lifting today.Working half day with my dad, then going to pick up a pallet of pig food, then take each bag 1 by 1 and load it into their big feeder, while not letting them sneak out the gate, takes me like 2.5 hours with no help that will be my workout.
Today I am grateful for being alive, and a supportive family.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Starting with some fasted cardio then have rice and 3 servings of 2% cottage cheese mixed up with cinnamon, then chicken carrots and rice with almond butter and cinnamon. After that I have pre workout oats and cream of rice after. I have a little more freedom today so going to see if I feel better hitting legs with a couple more meals in the tank. Hope everyone is doing great
