June 17th edition of diets and training

Good morning all. Breakfast was 4 HB eggs no yolk,R1 shake,1 plain bagel, banana,water.My kids last day of 5th grade,she’s so excited,her smile and laugh make me happy.Gonna do legs later after work.Hope everyone has a smooth n productive day.
 
My off Friday. Going to do some posterior chain stuff with conditioning shortly and then piddle around here. Supposed to be 95 degrees today. Getting my metal delivery today for my little freight elevator.
 
Beets Greek yogurt and apples pre workout have a date before cardio then oats and strawberries after. Chicken and cauliflower with some pickled ginger and orange dragon sauce for lunch. Unsure about dinner
 
How’s the dates treating you?

I 86’d mine. Not conducive for a diabetic (struggling). I found it difficult to stop at one. They are delicious.
 
BF 1 - 3 egg/3 whites
BF2 - Chocolate/PB2/Banana 50g Protein Smoothie

Lunch - Mixed veggies, Ground Turkey Burger, Protein Infused Rice

Workout 1 - 2.5 mile active recovery outdoor jog (off day)
Workout 2 - Friday evening Garage Beer curls

I miss those training sessions… c’est la vie…you can have my share. I’m done.
 
Agreed, they can be dangerous but I usually just put one or two and take them with me so I don’t overeat them. Can’t say I’ve noticed anything as far as health but they certainly taste good
 
Still deloading but training back/ delts/ hams.
Had a sty in my eye today. Ent to the doc and he stuck a needle into it and drained it. Lots o fun. Lol
Working reverse 24 tonight into tomorrow
 
Trained…cut grass…got some chores done…

Nice. I just sat out by the pool too. Had to get my UV rays to stimulate the melanotan II.
I’m about to train back. Just back today, no chest supersets because today should be an off day but I want to get a pump going.
I had a protein oat shake at 7am and egg whites with rice cakes at 10am.
 
Gym re opened yesterday… won’t start again until tomorrow. Strictly hypertrophy training… not super enthused, my diet has been atrocious this week. AC in my car went out, and the scales have tipped over 100 every day this week. After 10 hours in a weld shop it sure would be nice to have AC to drive home in
 
I’ve been pretty strict on my meals and adding in 10 mins of cardio on some days when I have time so last night I went full on fat boy burk like I used to at MCDS I was inhaling that shit but today back on the game my body ate the food up which is a good sign feeling great today too same plan same gains same workouts but new pwo injectable for Hams glutes and calves 😏🫠
 
Random food all day but I’ll make up for it tonight probably get sick gettin all that in. Went to the dr. Today got some hope that it’s not narcolepsy and new meds.
Lifted randomly gym was oddly crowded
