Same old stuff today for food. Nothing exciting like the treat days. Did chest and triceps today. Was supposed to have shoulders in there but shoulder still pretty tender. Only chest I could do was crossovers on peck deck. Tried in line bench bar only. I could get full range of motion with it but I didn’t care for the pain so I left it alone. Any ideas for chest with bad rotator cuff?
At the highschool gym I work out at Aurora send a physical therapist there twice a month for free. I have a time slot to see him. Hopefully he can help
